Sara O'Shea's practice is focused on land use and litigation. Most recently, Ms. O'Shea served as assistant law clerk to Hon. Francesca Connolly in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. While a law student, she was a legal intern at Pace Food and Beverage Law Clinic, Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, and Scenic Hudson, where she worked with non-profit groups and small businesses to interpret laws and regulations, provide transactional legal services, and advocate for and advise clients. Additionally, she served as a legal intern at the Healthcare Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's office.
Ms. O'Shea is knowledgeable in the requirements of the State Environmental Quality Review Act, Clean Air Act, and Clean Water Act. She is experienced in handling matters before the New York State Public Service Commission, and in matters concerning compliance in international "green procurement" programs.
