    I and my partner were defrauded by the America's Best Inn in Barrington, Ill. I called the Barrington City Attorney, Jim Bateman to discuss the matter and Mr. Bateman was extremely discourteous and rude. He called our complaint trivial and said he did not have time to deal with us and we should call the Attorney General. It is attorneys like Mr. Bateman who give all attorneys a bad name.
