Mr. Auerbach, a practicing attorney in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Probate and Trust section and Tax Law section; the Pennsylvania Institute for Certified Public Accountants; New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Taxation and Personal Financial Planning sections, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA).
He received a certificate in Estate Planning from the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and two certificates of educational achievement from the AICPA in the areas of Personal Financial Planning and Business & Tax Planning. He is one of the few Certified Public Accountants in the United States who has received the AICPA certification as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).
