Verified ClientHired Law firm 2019Mr. Gabhart represented my husband and I in a civil matter. We had to appear in court twice. Mr. Gabhart was very professional. He was very thorough in taking the time needed to get our documents together. He listened to us and advised us. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Mr. Gabhart.

Hired Law firm 2024I cannot recommend this attorney highly enough! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but he also has a genuine, caring nature that makes him a pleasure to work with. Thanks to his expertise and years of experience, the outcome of my case was amazing. He provided thoughtful guidance and professional support from the beginning. Both he and his wife are extremely professional and make you feel at home from the moment you step into their office. His fees are also very reasonable, unlike others who tend to overcharge. I am deeply grateful for everything he has done for me and my family, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of an outstanding attorney. Thank you, Esquire Mr. Gabhart Paige, for your excellent service. Your professionalism and dedication have made a significant difference, and I am truly grateful for all you’ve done.

Hired Law firm 2004I used Gabhart Law for a divorce years ago. I attempted to contact them NUMEROUS times in the past 3 years for a QDRO concern and they never returned a call or letter . Very disappointing.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
