Boyd Hawkins aided me in the employment law arena navigating a Non Compete agreement. Mr. Hawkins took time to understand why I was questioning the validity of said agreement, reviewed the documents in full, and got to work devising a plan with me. I was involved in each step of the process and privy to the communication between the entity and Mr. Hawkins as my attorney. The request for release was appropriately advocated with Mr Hawkins going above and beyond to promote a resolution. I am fortunate as we had a favorable outcome.
