Matt Petriello and his team flawlessly handled a complex real estate closing for me. The home was owned by two parties, and the house was being sold and split as ordered by the court. One party had delayed the signing of documents for months. Matt stepped in, and within one day the documents were signed. There was a special U&O situation as well, where Matt and his team had the knowledge that enabled them to take care of it quickly. Petriello Law handled it all and kept me up to date.
