Mr. Warmbrodt and his team have tirelessly defended me multiple times in my family law case with nothing but positive outcomes each time. Highly recommend this team.

Mr. Warmbrodt is the best family law attorney out there. He explained everything to me and prepared me for what was happening next. He set logical expectations but also was confident in our decisions and ALWAYS went above and beyond to get what we needed. His team was always very responsive when I had questions or something was urgent. Randy will fight for you like other lawyers aren't able to. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable and reputable attorney in court, then go to Warmbrodt and Associates.

We retained Mr Warmbrodt and his office for a messy parental termination and adoption case. Mr Warmbrodt and everyone in his office have been so great! Mr Warmbrodt was extremely thorough with explaining processes, expectations of hearings and trials, all options as well expenses. Mr Warmbrodt, Kelli, Chelsea, and Becca were all helpful and replied to any and all correspondence in a timely manner. They were always so polite and I never felt like I was bothering them with any of my questions. They were very supportive through this whole process (3 1/2 years!! - thanks Covid!) and truly made me feel as if they had my families best interest at heart. This firm genuinely cares about their clients. I would recommend them to anyone needing an attorney who is well prepared, honest, transparent , and has the best interest of the client at the forefront.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
