Hello! My name is wallace Smith. I?m a Commercial Truck Driver. I had got a speeding ticket, and then found out from the DOT officer that my license was suspended. I was having a terrible day. I had no idea my class A was suspended. I asked my wife to help me find a lawyer to fight this. With the speeding ticket and license suspension, I was informed that it racked up 51 points on my CSA which for the record is career ending points. I had a ticket that turned into a warrant, I live in SC and I contacted this law firm who had my case dismissed in less than 3 weeks after comtacting them!!!! Ashley was very professional, courtesy, prompt and detailed!!!????

I was leaving the Sandia Casino gas station and was pulled over by officer checking plates as people left. He was a nice guy actually. He gave me a ticket and a court date to submit items to be fulfilled from ticket. I missed my court date time, so I called to see what I could do, said I owed court costs, so I paid the $100 court fee. Got nothing about it and a month later i called to find out next step. Well, I had a warrent out for my arrest for failure to appear. Much to my surprise and shock, if I would of gotten pulled over, I most likely would be in cuffs and sitting in jail!! Valdez Law Firm knocked it out of the park. My daughter got mis-identified as a speeding car when traveling through Clayton, NM. I know this because I was in the car at the time and could see my daughter's speedometer. The traffic officer was deaf to my observations and pleas. He wrote her a traffic citation for 97mph in a 65mph zone. Living in Colorado, this equated to a legal nightmare. I received a traffic ticket for going 15 miles over the speed limit on a weekend I was visiting New Mexico. I though about fighting the ticket myself, but living in Texas was a little difficult for me to do that and also I wanted to have a peace of mind. I was amazed at the ease with which the process went using the Valdez Law Office! I had not had a speeding ticket in a decade, and did not want one on my record. I travel a lot and would not be in town the date I needed to be at court. After making more then 14 calls to the court to reschedule and being told I needed to speak to the judge (who was never available), I was not sure what to do. I got a speeding ticket in NM and called Mr. Valdez, he got it dismissed completely, very happy with the service I received and would definitely use him again if necessary!

One of our drivers had speeding ticket In Luna County NM. I contacted Mr. Valdez office, they forwarded the information to him, and after 1-2 days I received a call that Mr. Valdez will take the case, will appear in court on the driver's behalf an will take care of it. I was even given a price. When I asked how I can pay, I received an email that Mr. Valdez changed his mind and he won't take the case (this was the night before the court date). Extremely unprofessional! I would never ever recommend this attorney to anyone! Very very unprofessional!!!!

They successfully helped my husband who has a cdl remove from his driving record a Speeding ticket he got before acquiring his cdl license. Service, I did receive in a profeasional manner. My ticket was suspended, no fine, like nothing happened. The officer did not show up. For this service, officer not showing up, price was too much, $700 something. If you feel $700 is reasonable price for this service, then I will give 5 rating to this law firm. I gave 4.5, only because of price. Otherwise, I did get the service or result, I wanted/needed.

Mr. Valdez did NOT adequately represent me but instead was a messenger of the officer who cited me. Even though I was charged in a court with no jurisdiction over the matter Mr. Valdez did not even attempt to get my ticket dismissed. He offered a refund but than reneged. Representing myself I did get the ticket dismissed.
