We hired Mr. Kessler for my father's employment issues. After scouting for attorneys and being shut down or getting advice to just accept the offer presented by the current employer, we started to lose hope. Someone suggested Mr. Kessler and described him as "smart and savvy". We called and his team was very engaged in our case so they could assess whether it was a potential for them. We were called back within a week where we met Mr. Kessler. He was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable and seemed very interested on our case. He presented us with honest various scenarios and ways the case could go. We hired him and the next year that we spent in discussions and court rooms was made easier by Mr. Kessler's good advice and support. He always answered our questions and concerns and always returned our emails and phone calls. His team was as equally responsive and kind. We were very happy with our end result due to Mr. Kessler's on-track planning. I hope that we never have Employment issues again, but if we do, Mr. Kessler will be our go-to. I was very lucky to have found this law firm. I had been treated unfairly by an employer and had gone to three different law firms for help. I contacted this law firm over two to three weeks ago. I gave the para legal all the information and then was told the lawyer would get back to me. After one week, I called to see if he was going to call me. He s said he was still working on the case. Another week later, I asked him if he would take my case, He emailed me back stating that he was still reviewing the case. we are now going on three weeks and I cannot get an answer from him.. the least people can do is get back to you. What's worse than no lawyer is thinking you have one and then they don't even get back to you?. they just leave you hanging.
