Hired Law firm 2020I would like to recommend Attorney William T. Kennedy of Quincy. He did a splendid job for a close friend of mine. He got a recovery when other attorneys said it was hopeless. A dear elderly friend of mine had a water loss at his condo from a unit upstairs and the people responsible were just ignoring him. They would not help him pay for repairs. He did not have the money to fix the apartment for a loss that was not his fault. In his late 70s my friend was forced to live on plywood floors in an unfinished apartment for over a year. It was affecting his health. I tried to get other attorneys to help and they wanted money neither I or my friend had. We were referred to Attorney Bill Kennedy and we are happy we were. He did his work on a contingency which meant neither I nor my friend had to pay. We are grateful for all that he did. Bill did a great job for us. He got the money from the people who were responsible and ignoring my friend. He got the money to fix my elderly friend’s unit. He will no longer have to live on plywood floors or have unfinished walls and ceilings. If you want a hard working attorney that will not give up, call Attorney Bill Kennedy. I am glad I did. Hired Law firm 2020All I can say is I had a traumatic event, life altering. A friend of a friend told me that if anyone could help me and my family it would be Mr.Kennedy. He met with us and was very caring and offered to do what he could, as time moved on he did more and more till he was able to rectify the situation for us. Even though we did not get to a point we hoped it was much better than what we had going on before his help. After it was all taken care of there are still lingering letters and headaches, Mr.Kennedy is still helping us and is empathetic of our situation. He has an amazing group of people working with him and ever single encounter threw them (letters, email, phone calls, in person) was above approach and professional. if your in need of a lawyer to stand by your side and fight the good fight on your behalf I would look no further!

Hired Law firm 2019Attorney William Kennedy and his firm did an outstanding job for me on a personal injury claim I had. I fell and suffered serious injuries. The fall was due to some defective equipment at the commercial business I was at. The business refused to pay my damages. Attorney Kennedy came in and fought hard for me. After a battle I got the money I needed to cover my damages and injury. I would recommend Attorney Kennedy and his Office to anyone.
