Louis D. Stober, Jr., admitted to both New York and Federal Courts since 1984 has extensive background, expertise and experience in representing unions and employees. He is Regional Attorney for the CSEA for Nassau County, representing over 26,000 employees. Mr. Stober has represented CSEA for over twenty one years handling over 100 arbitrations per year as well as all trials, appeals and administrative proceedings with great success, winning millions of dollars for union members every year. Mr. Stober also represents the School Administrators Association of New York State from the Hudson Valley through Long Island and the Uniformed Fire Fighters Association Local 287.  His expertise and experience is well known and well regarded. A tough litigator who knows how to win, Mr. Stober takes pride in the success he has brought to the thousands of union members he has represented over the years. Mr. Stober is in daily contact with union leaders and is consulted on all union matters. Mr. Stober is also well versed in discrimination law and has won substantial cases including a $2,050,000 verdict for discrimination against a female doctor at the Northport VA Medical Center and a $1,096,000 verdict for discrimination against a female Assistant Vice President of Associates First Capital. Mr. Stober heads a legal team that is well known and recognized as the leaders in the representation of labor unions and employees on Long Island.

Anthony P.
