Mr. Fagan also represents workers in negotiations regarding severance pay and benefits. He has earned a number of significant jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. He is the current Co-Chairperson of the Employment Discrimination Committee for the Michigan Association for Justice and also is a member of its Executive Board.
