Verified ClientHired Attorney Randi Susan Klein 2022-2023Randi Klein wastes no time! She is quick, efficient and graceful at what she does. I am truly grateful for all her help in our guardianship/custody case. She is direct and very helpful, even going out of her way to accommodate her clients. I really appreciated the attention and care to detail she gave to our case. If you are in a situation, she is definitely reliable and does not take any of the run-around! If you can get her to represent you, please do so, she is great!

Verified ClientHired Attorney Randi Susan Klein 2021-2022I was recently involved in a contentious divorce which involved substantiated incidents of Domestic Violence. Accordingly, I have civil and criminal retraining orders against my Ex. My children are listed in both orders as protected parties. The family law court appointed Randi Susan Klein as minors counsel to represent the best interest of my children. Ms. Klein did a phenomenal job and was a strong voice for my children.

Hired Attorney Randi Susan Klein 2025Randi Klein is truly an amazing lawyer. She has comforted my daughter and helped defend her in our case. Thanks to Randi, my daughter’s visitations with her father were successfully canceled, and since then my daughter feels safe again. What touched me the most is that my daughter actually opens up to Randi about her terrible experiences with her father – she doesn’t even talk about these things with anyone else, not even her therapist of over a year. Randi gives her a sense of comfort, protection, and relief. Randi helps my daughter feel safe and not scared of her father because she knows she will be protected and that she doesn’t have to see him if that’s what she wants. Just knowing this has brought my daughter so much peace and confidence. After speaking with Randi, I’ve noticed huge changes in my daughter. Her confidence has grown so much. She goes out more, speaks her mind, and is open to new things. She looks like a weight has been lifted off her shoulders. I see a light beaming in her again. Randi knows exactly how to comfort my daughter and remind her that what happened was not her fault. Each time they talk, I see my daughter healing more and more. I highly recommend Randi Klein to defend and protect your children. She will do a phenomenal job and truly cares about the child’s well-being.

Hired Law firm 2023My daughter is involved in a contentious custody battle with her child's father. Her daughter, my grand-daughter, is 8 years old. There was a court hearing this morning. I went with my daughter to court this morning to support her. When my grand daughter was very young, her father beat my daughter and threatened to take my grand daughter away from her. My grand daughter witnessed the beatings. My grand daughter is still in therapy sorting out how this affected her. The father also prevented me from seeing my grand daughter until she was 9 months old. Eventually my daughter got civil and criminal restraining orders against the father. Now he is only allowed supervised visits. Recently the father filed a motion for change of custody. The court appointed Randi Susan Klein as minors counsel to represent my grand daughter. Today was the hearing for the court to rule on the father's motion. Ms. Klein was a very strong advocate for my grand daughter. She explained to the court, in a very logical and passionate way, why my granddaughter should remain in my daughter's custody. Neither my daughter nor myself knew, ahead of time, what Ms. Klein would be recommending to the court. She was eloquent. She understood both the legal and the emotional issues and explained how that impacted our family. I cried when I listed to her in court. The court dismissed the father's motion for a change of custody. I am very relieved and very grateful to Ms. Klein. Because of her hard work and commitment, my granddaughter will continue to be safe and to get the professional help that she needs. Ms. Klein was amazing & did a Great job, I Highly recommend her for anyone seeking Minors Counsel, she is the Best !!! Thank you❤️

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
