Kim A-your rights were terminated by a judge not me. Rene M. Netherton

If you want a lawyer that thinks the world should bow down to her, even putting herself as CEO or president of her own law office shows her self love. This woman is involved with child in need of care cases, makes decisions about peoples children, when she herself has never had a child. She does not go in front of judges, instead she makes deals with other lawyers to satisfy her own wants. And god forbid if you should not join her group of puppets she will go to any illegal links to make you suffer. And since theres no one in Topeka that has balls to take her out on all of her illegal acts, her lies, forging documents, anything she has to do she will do it beyound what is legal. It is understandable why she is not BBB accredited as she is not a proffessional lawyer, all her deals are made behind closed doors without a judge. She is truly apathetic and suffers malignant narcissism. She should be in prison for all of her illegal acts, like going behind a judges back and putting holds on people in jail, she files false ROA's and then has the district clerk publish false records, I have seen it all. It is a system that has failed justice by allowing her to be anywhere involved in the court process. Especially cases involving kids. She has no idea what being a real mother is , instead steals peoples kids illegally using the system to disguise and cover up her illegal acts. She should not be allowed to be in the legal system in any way, except by having handcuffs on being sentenced by a judge for her cruel illegal acts as well as those who cover up for her. I only marked a star because a star had to be marked, she doesn't deserve the time it took to write this review...

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
