Mr. Faber was admitted to the California Bar in 1979. Since 1987, he has been a sole practitioner in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles where he specializes in representing employees in employment related disputes. He has tried over 40 jury trials in state and federal courts, and has argued nearly 20 appeals and petitions in the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Faber has served on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and regularly teaches various MCLE seminars on employment litigation.

Mr. Faber enjoys the prestigious AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying that his peers in the profession consider his legal ability and ethical standards to be of the highest order. He has been named a "Southern California Super Lawyer" by Los Angeles Magazine for 18 consecutive years, from 2006 through 2023. Additionally, 2023 marks the 13th consecutive year that Mr. Faber has been selected for inclusion in U.S. News and World Reports, "The Best Lawyers in America."

Mr. Faber was a partner at Wilner, Klein & Siegel (1985-1987) and an associate at Lillick McHose & Charles (1979-1985 -- now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman). He graduated UC Santa Barbara in 1975 with High Honors, and graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 1979.
