Julie Glocker Pierce has been board-certified in marital and family law since 1995 by the Florida Bar. She is currently the only board-certified marital and family law attorney in Brevard County. Securing her board certification required meeting a number of criteria such as receiving favorable reviews from judges and other attorneys within the local legal community, substantial involvement in a minimum of 20 contested cases that contained sufficient issues to demonstrate her skill and competence, continuing to develop her legal education by taking classes and successfully completing a rigorous written examination of her knowledge of the law.
Julie is focused on serving the needs of her clients. She understands how difficult divorce and other family law situations can be for people and she strives to help them feel comfortable and confident as they work through the process. She is proud of her ability to generate the results her clients need while avoiding unnecessary conflict. She understands how to find means of resolving situations that minimize the possibility of heightened conflict. But should there be no workable alternative; Julie has the courtroom skills necessary to deliver the results her clients need.
In addition to family law, Julie helps people create effective estate plans and deal with probate issues. She has also taught Wills and Trust & Estate Administration classes for the paralegal program at Brevard Community College.
