Brian Quinn was efficient in handling my case with Board of Nursing. Brian has a wealth of knowledge and he made me feel safe to go back to work again. Brian took his time to explain all the information from the Board of Nursing, and I not only felt empowered but I felt 100% comfortable with the direction he took the case. In the end my license was not revoked or suspended. I now have peace of mind. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Brian and his staff were very professional and kind. Phone call and emails were answered promptly via Brian and his secretary. Brian did an excellent job of informing me on how to navigate through my licensing issue with a great deal of knowledge and clarity. I can't thank Brian and his staff enough for all their help and highly recommend their services.

Having Brian Quinn in my corner was a game changer. He handled my situation promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend his services to other health care professionals who have been wrongly accused . MJ

I needed a lawyer for an inactive professional license. Attorney Quinn and his staff were extremely professional and I was always able to talk to him when I called or his secretary would give him a message and he would promptly call me back. No question was too small or insignificant. I never needed a lawyer before and he did an excellent job in getting my issue resolved. I cannot thank him enough.

Brian Quinn is an excellent attorney. He represented me in a physician license case in 2019- 2020. Brian is professional, responsive and fairly priced. Best of all he achieved the intended goal in a timely way. Brian is a focused listener and got the job done. No BS or flash is refreshing change these days. I was recommended to him via another attorney who also spoke well of Brian. I can recommend him his services and staff.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
