Dan spent the first 12 years of his legal career primarily representing insurance companies and large corporations in defending personal injury and wrongful death claims. Having learned the battle from the defense side, Dan has a unique perspective as he tries to maximize recovery for those wrongfully injured and killed. As an Indianapolis personal injury attorney, Dan currently focuses on representing individuals who have been catastrophically injured and the families of those who have died in circumstances including interstate truck accidents, auto crashes, construction injuries, nursing home neglect/abuse, and traumatic brain injury.
Dan has maintained a practice in the Indianapolis area since 1994 and is active in the legal community on both the local and national level. He is Past President of the Indianapolis Bar Association, a past Chairman of the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana and the Board of Regents of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. He has authored numerous legal papers and lectures at local and national legal seminars.
