I have been a client of Uscher, Quiat, Uscher & Russo and specifically Joel D. Zelkowitz, Esq. since the summer of 2017 when I injured my hand and the firm was referred to me by the providers of my disability insurance. Never did I think I would need an attorney for my straight forward injury and claim... I was wrong. Thankfully my path was gratefully blessed with Mr. Joel Zelkowitz from the very beginning. He has handled everything with getting my disability insurance policy activated without issue and has done so with me being many states away.
