    Mario Patalano made a difficult situation easy to deal with. He was very flexible with his time and easy to communicate with through various methods, phone, email, text, in-person. He was responsive and easy to work with. He assisted in getting a resolution agreeable to both parties as he is knowledgeable and fair.
