Verified ClientHired Law firm 2016-2020Bruce Clement is an excellent family law attorney and a wonderful person. Everyone in his office is highly professional, responsive and very supportive. You can entrust the happiness of your family to them. Our case was very complicated and lengthy, but every moment of communication with Clement Law Center we felt care, hope and huge emotional support. They put their hearts and minds into their work on our child custody case. Thanks to Mr. Clement’s impressive knowledge and enormous experience as well as all the thorough thoughts and work he and his team put in our case, the outcome is better than we could ever wish for, way above our expectations! Our appreciation to Bruce Clement and his staff is beyond the words. We highly recommend Clement Law Center.

Consulted Law firm 2020I meet with Bruce to discuss my Family Case, a Case the has been on going for 10 years. With the amount of time and money I have spent meeting different attorneys from time to time or whenever my ex decided she wanted more. It was refreshing to have an attorney take the time to understand my position before even asking for Money. My consultation was free for the first 30 and it actually went almost to a hour....and never felt rushed. If your looking for an attorney who takes the time to listen without putting a hand out , Bruce @ Celment Law is someone to go see if you have Family Case. Thanks Bruce! Mike M/Spanaway, WA

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
