My experience with Debt Relief Law Center, i.e, James Turner has been outstanding. After a piece of real estate property that was purchased was foreclosed upon, serval years later, I was served collections notices from Dyck Oneal... “wait, what”??? (the deficiency is the difference between the mortgage balance and the foreclosure sales amount). Instead of ignoring this noticed, I immediately contacted James Turner and after an initial consultation, I hired him. The judgement was for over 300k dollars. James went right to work. We fought for 5 years, initially wining, then loosing on an appeal. There is no way I was going to give these vultures anything near 300k... So, with much deliberation, my last options was bankruptcy, however, James was able to enter into negotiations with these vipers, and we made several offers (pennies to the dollar) and waited. Each case will be different, but James understood that in my case, they really didn't have much leverage.. a judgement is only as good as what could be collected. James understood my position worked with me on making an offer that was doable for me and keep me from filing BK. For me, I was not willing to file bankruptcy and was in the position to negotiate.
