Verified ClientHired Attorney 2018-2019He is honest intelligent and his service was great. And he stayed in constant contact

Hired Attorney 2014-2021He represented me in a civil case and is as sharp as a whip. He genuinely cares about his clients and I have known him for 8 years now. He pays attention to all the details, has an incredible memory and his recall is spectacular, even using the smallest detail to score big. I would give him 10 stars if able!

Hired Attorney 2021The man who helped my case in a criminal matter. Although it wasnt a difficult case. But Paul made sure to remove all doubt in my mind and I dont think Ive talked to any lawyer that didnt make me think I could ever trust their work. He has that assurance it will be done correctly and doesnt do sloppy legal work. I got the exact results I needed and he was a fair lawyer that wont have you take out big loans unlike other lawyers who would have probably charged me twice for even half the work paul did. If you're someone who likes strong conservative values and solid results and wont BS you. Id say Paul would be your lawyer. Id give him more stars if he did my expunction. But it is what is.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
