Hired Law firm 2011-2019My review is lengthy, but lawsuits are no joke and they can cost you anywhere from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars. So, hope this helps. As a business owner who has been involved in intense and lengthy litigation several times over the last decade, I have become very familiar with various legal processes and have thoroughly reviewed thousands of legal documents such as complaints, related filings and opinions. I have had several different attorneys represent me over the years for various small issues and I always try to select the best match based on whatever my dilemma involves. Most of my associates are fellow business owners and professionals who occasionally find themselves in some type of legal situation and knowing about my legal background and success in prevailing, these associates frequently share their attorney correspondence with me to find out “what I think” of their case or to ask “what do you think of my attorney” etc. Unfortunately, I am all too often shocked and disappointed at what I read as I always compare them to what “Arthur” would have written or replied, or advised. To this day I have not met, spoken with or reviewed the correspondence of ANY attorney who even begins to compare to Arthurs skillset and professionalism. Arthur is by far the most intelligent attorney I have ever met or spoken with. His approach and argument style is unbeatable as it is pinpoint precise and sound, based on law and justice. Arthur is on the top of my list as the best attorney and one of the few people I truly 100% respect and admire as a representative and a friend. If you need an attorney, call Arthur. If his opinion on your matter does not sync up with yours, strongly revisit and reconsider your as possibly flawed as Arthur is rarely ‘off’ and he will not try to appease you just to get your retainer. If he can help you, he will and your outcome will most likely be favorable. Arthur is accurate, extremely knowledgeable and honest. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation where you ‘become’ quite familiar with the legal world (like me), you will quickly realize just how phenomenal Arthur is. Good luck and I hope this honest review helps you select the right attorney! Ps: For the record; Arthur has successfully represented me in as a plaintiff and defendant in cases/situations involving trademark, copyright, unfair competition, fraud, real estate and other various matters.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
