Meet Joseph Fein

Joseph Fein earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, in New York City. A former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County and senior litigator for a New York government agency, Mr. Fein is a skilled negotiator and an effective trial lawyer with the experience needed to protect your child's rights and interests, both in and out of court. Joseph is a selected member of American Law Society's as Americans Top Lawyers, 2017.

Mr. Fein has a special understanding of the challenges that parents with special needs children face. His son, Brett, was born four months prematurely and wasn't expected to survive. But Brett did survive, and despite several developmental challenges throughout the years, he is a happy, healthy 11-year-old who loves life. Today, Mr. Fein uses his vast legal knowledge and personal experience to help special needs children obtain the educational opportunities they are entitled to by law.
