I had a very good experience with Cassidy Law offices in Summerlin, no problems what so ever. I had to reschedule and a day or 2 before my appt was to be, I received a reminder call. They were very thorough & professional.

Absolutely unethical. My father had Cassady create his revocable living trust and when we called to makes some amendments we were told it was too close to their closing time and a paralegal would call him the next day to record the changes. A paralegal did call the next day but informed my father that he would have to come in to the office in order to make any changes. My father replied that he was in the hospital and could not come into the office. I am my father's power of attorney and was on speaker phone so I asked why we were told they day before that changes could be taken over the phone. The paralegal repeated that he would have to ocme in to the office. I then asked if a paralegal could come to the hospital and the paralegal replied, "No and we can't talk to you." Later that day I had a friend of mine, who also had their trust done by Cassady, call the office and ask how she could make amendments to her trust and she was told a paralegal could take the changes verbally over the phone. I emailed one of the owners and asked for their written policy on taking amendments and then called and spoke with her when she didn't respond to me. She told me she didn't have to respond to me - very professional. I would definitely stay away from this place. I did find an ethical and kind firm and lawyer who came to the hospital and took my Dad's changes. Stay away from this place. They have no compassion, are unethical, seem incompetent and aren't interested in servicing their customers once they get the money for the initial documents you hire them to prepare.

Our family retained Cassady Law for a simple probate matter that took place during the middle of the pandemic, the process was very lengthy as a result of the times everyone was going through. A few months after we thought the matter was resolved we learned that we needed a clause in the court order to include a reference to authorizing a power of attorney to obtain medical records. Our family called numerous times trying to hire the firm for the additional service, we were told repeatedly that we would be called back and we weren't. Stacie was the first person we spoke with about the additional service, from then forward it was repeat phone calls with zero response. In my last and final call, wherein a staff member said all she can do is take a message, I let their legal support staff know this would be our last call/attempt to retain as we can't beg the firm to take our money to finish/amend the prior order so that our family could move forward with important matters that still have to be resolved. We will now undoubtedly incur additional fees trying to hire a different firm to carry out this same task. I'd strongly recommend against using this firm. If you call and you don't get a call back, this is what you can expect to look forward to.

We contacted them February 10th in regards to both my mom and my grandma?s living trust. After an hour and a half conversation, I was told to get them a copy of everything I had to the office. Due to Covid someone came out to our truck and took over 200 pages of documents. They said Wendy would look it over and give us a call. We heard nothing back so I called on March 1st and after talking to them I could tell something was wrong. They never mentioned Wendy was gone but told me to give them my number and they would look into it for me and call me back. March 3rd I called again to find out Wendy was gone and so were all of our documents. It?s bad enough we just lost our mother and now the woman who answered decided she would start trying to yell over me. Yes I?m frustrated with the whole situation but there was absolutely no need for her to take her office?s issues out on me. They have asked for my phone number 4 times and still have yet to call back. They clearly aren?t organized and the communication has been zero unless I have reached out to them. This whole situation has been an absolute disaster with them. I was referred to them by a family member and I cannot understand why.
