She has successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in Texas and throughout the United States. Additionally, she represents small to medium-sized businesses in various litigation matters, including employment law, breach of contract, and commercial disputes.
Mrs. Garcia-Martin has been recognized in Marquis’ Who’s Who in American Law and was selected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor based on an attorney’s outstanding record in the legal profession as well as a commitment to support the community at large. In addition, she is a member of The College of The State Bar of Texas, an honorary society of lawyers who continue to exceed the State’s requirements for continuing legal education to become the best trained in the profession.
Prior to obtaining her law license, Ms. Garcia-Martin spent almost 10 years working for Harris County as a Court Clerk, Court Coordinator and Law Clerk for one of the Civil District Courts. This experience also afforded her the unique opportunity to observe numerous trials and participate in the decision-making process of countless motions and other proceedings held in a vast array of civil disputes. This unique experience continues to provide her with an advantage in all aspects of her daily law practice.
Ms. Garcia-Martin is licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
