Well to be 100% honest he wasn't my lawyer but he did listen to my whole entire case while he was the plaintiff's lawyer and then scream at me to leave the place during a retaliatory eviction where I was a victim of fraud only to find out that this is there outstanding business practice he likes to hang behind llc's but isn't smart enough to change a signature or his little squiggly mark and there's plenty of properties just like me and tons of people that came forward and I can't wait till this makes it on the news because guess what lots of people are going to come forward you don't ever send it to your three violent sex offender to take the stand to give fraudulent information to a judge on a three-day eviction that was oh my God botched your abuse of process is extensive your fraud is extensive and guess what my investigative qualities my good friends that are police officers and work for Greene County and Montgomery County I'm still waiting for the name of Harry's really good friend that's a prosecuting attorney for Wright-Patt Air Force base and I'm still really waiting for that invitation to the pub or the Country Club since John's in town and I want to see that saber that Harry got you because I heard you're really proud and thank you for showing Harry a picture of me I'm sure he was so grateful while living in your home that you're an agent I turned all the stuff over to Montgomery County especially when it came to the Linda Vista property I went all the way through I was very through and the quitclaim deeds and LLCs inside llc's inside llc's but most of all I begged the judge and whoever would listen to me to look at the videotape from the court room waiting area I'm very smart even with brain damage I'm very smart why don't I just leave then after I told you that I was a victim of fraud and getting sick because of one of your clients is that what it was why don't I just leave then

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
