The Nelson Law Group was founded by Robert S. Nelson, who learned the practice of law in some of the best-known labor and employment firms in the country. The firm prides itself on providing big firm expertise at small firm costs.

Nelson Law Group represents both employers and employees in all types of labor and employment matters. While many firms choose to represent either employers or employees exclusively, it is our belief that by representing both we are better able to recognize, understand and address the root causes of employment disputes. We handle matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, unpaid overtime, denied meal and rest breaks, breach of privacy and defamation. We represent individuals and companies in a wide range of industries and occupations, including doctors, dentists, veterinarians, accountants, car dealers, distributors, staffing companies and retail businesses.   • Drafting, reviewing and revising employee handbooks and personnel policies
  • Drafting and/or reviewing employment or partnership agreements, release and settlement agreements, and arbitration agreements
