Mr. Nuta received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from Georgetown Law School. He is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Social Security Disability Section. He has represented clients in serious personal injury claims for many years. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in State and Federal Court in Maryland and the District of Columbia, including U.S. District Courts, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
