As that said I showed camera footage to the officer that I was actually driving 48miles/h 30min before he pulled me over. That info didn't affect the officer's decision to write me a ticket 6 points on record and around $400 fine. He added <(* just show your dashcam footage to a judge and he will dismiss the ticket *)>. If you find a Lawyer that will go to trial and fight the ticket it will cost 2-3k at least ( to prove justice, is shown to be expensive ). Bottom-line is to hire a representative from that specific area where you got the ticket and sign all the documents so he can plead guilty on your behalf on a scheduled pretrial hearing. No evidence is necessary, even if you are right. The cost of removing 6points and not paying the full amount of the fine is $500 approximately, a lot less than going on trial.
