The lawyer I had made settlement agreements without my consent. I had two cases and he completely dismissed my second case after telling me he would take on my case. After the time passed for me to file with the EEOC in my own. Terrible knowledge of Ohio employee laws. I missed out on a HUGE case because of the lack of care. This guy just wanted an easy out, not what?s best for his client.
