Bankruptcy:

Our office has processed over 500 bankruptcy cases with 100% success rate.

We keep ourselves apprised of any and all newly legal developments that may affect our client's rights.

We promote open communication between our clients and our staff to ensure that our clients feel involved in the handling of their case, and so they are aware of the status of their pending case at all times.

Our consultations are free and we offer payment arrangements for clients who choose to retain our services. For example; if the attorney fees were $1,200.00 and the Court's filing fees are $299.00, we would allow you to pay $500.00 down so that you may refer your creditor calls to us. Thereafter, we would allow you to pay the balance of $999.00 within 8 to 10 weeks.

We try to be as flexible as possible in order to provide accessible legal service to as many people as possible.

Family Law:

We have handled hundreds of family law cases including full divorce cases, child custody cases, division of property, restraining orders, child support, spousal support, guardianships, step parent adoptions and more.

We work to provide open communication between our staff and our clients. We want to minimize any stress that our clients may already be experiencing as a result of their legal dilemmas.

Free consultations and payment options are available.

It is our philosophy that we should work hard to settle matters quickly and efficiently. Life is too short; it is our experience that people do better when they move on to better things quickly. We cannot change what others do, but we can help you move beyond your legal issues so that you may move on to pathways that lead to new life.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
