5.0 out of 5 stars

These are some of the best attorneys in the business. Extremely professional, accessible, dedicated and committed to serving your cause. My situation with USCIS seemed hopeless after my application was denied. A family member of mine recommended that I contact them and ask for Bryan J Perez. I did just that and Was able to make an appointment the same day to speak with Bryan Perez. After presenting my case to him I immediately knew that these people meant business. I retained the services and started the process. Mr Bryan Perez told me step by step how the process would be and what would follow after what is completed. What was most impressive was how courteous, friendly, accessible and accommodating all the staff there were. I never had a problem with speaking with Bryan or getting updates on the progress of my application. I can now proudly say that with mr Bryan Perez help, within a matter of months I got my social and work authorization and shortly after my green card. I have now recommended perez law firm to three other people with similar situation and will continue doing so to anyone who needs the best immigration help. I am extremely great full for the service I received and I must say my life has been transformed by this. Thanks Perez & perez and a special thanks to you Bryan. Perez & perez pc is amongst the best in the business.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
