JSB Attorneys were remarkable in my recent experience. Mr . Best was very professional, thorough and great with detail of explanations. He represented my case in a way that made the process much easier. I could not have ask for a more professional but caring attorney

I have a grown son with multiple health issues that have followed him from the age of seven to now as an adult. His condition has worsened over the past several years to the point that he is now unable to remain gainfully employed in his former position. Jeff Shipp worked through the system to get my son the disability benefits that he worked for during his many years of employment. He has a great staff surrounding him, especially Talauna - I call her "the Wonder Woman." They are very professional and will go to great lengths to get the job done.

I hired Paul Boggs to form my business back in September of 2018, and couldn't be more pleased. Since then he's been there to give experienced and knowledgeable advice and service. He's written contracts and helped me navigate the world of small business. I refer Wallace Boggs, PLLC to my clients on a regular basis, and wouldn't think of calling any one else for any legal concern.

Wallace Boggs, PLLC is an exceptional firm. From my first meeting with Paul Boggs, I was convinced my legal needs would be handled with only my best interests in mind. My suit was handled flawlessly and was surprisingly stress free. Their billing is very detailed, explanatory and most importantly fair. I never felt screwed after receiving any of my invoices. In the past I've worked with many attorneys at a very large firm in Cincinnati because I was under the assumption that "Bigger is better". Paul has proven this motto false. Without question, I would recommend Wallace Boggs and will use Paul's services again.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
