Curtis M. Fifner - Dublin, OH

Curtis M. Fifner joined Elk & Elk in 2021 and practices out of the Columbus, Ohio office. His practice areas include medical and nursing negligence, wrongful death, trucking and car crashes, and serious personal injury claims resulting from the negligence of others.

His accomplishments have been recognized by multiple organizations as he has been named a "Rising Star" or "Super Lawyer" every year since 2014 and was named "Top 10 Under 40" by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Curtis has also been an invited lecturer to fellow plaintiff's attorneys and resident physicians on the topic of medical malpractice.

Mr. Fifner has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2007 and has more than 12 years of experience. He received a bachelor's degree in government from Centre College of Kentucky in Danville, Kentucky, and earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.

While attending law school, Mr. Fifner was a runner up in the Anthony J. Celebrezze Appellate Advocacy Competition and a member of the Order of Barristers. He also belonged to the executive board of moot court and served as an appellate team member and coach.
