Hired Attorney 2021-2023Judge Cianfrani is biased. She is a judge who accepts bribes. She listened to my daughter testify that I was abused in front if her and my son who is young. She said she believed one of the stories but that my daughter who is a child left out one detail. She didn’t see one of the marks on me however she was never asked what marks were on me or if she saw any . She just told what was done to me and because she left details out that she wasn’t even questioned about Judge Cianfrani said she was lying ! A CHILD- lying! And she awarded more time to my ex who is a terrible father. He uses children as weapons and anytime he gets angry he threatens to take me back to court. I don’t have money to pay lawyers because i pay all bills and take care if everything fir my children. He pays for nothing so he threatens to go back . His father and sister even admitted to paying the bribe the judge yet i have no proof of it. My son is severely affected when he goes there . He comes home and tells me that they talk about me constantly and put me down in front of him. His life is affected so bad and he was put in the hands of an abuser even after evidence was shown. Judge cianfrani is a crook and she should be fired!

Consulted Attorney 2021-2023Judge Cianfrani was terrible, so biased and terrible - she would not even allow a police report and other proof as evidence. She yelled and bullied and interrupted so much that I requested the judicial conduct review board to investigate. She was moved out of family court and across the street after that. Judge cianfrani is corrupt and acted like friends with the opposing lawyer. The judgement calls made were so wild it does not seem implausible that she were bribed. Perjury, provable perjury was committed in her courtroom and she did not care. Horrible, Cinafrani is a disgrace to both women and judges.

Hired Attorney 2021-2022Bias and corrupt judge . I was called a liar and even though I had proof of the abuse I wasn’t allowed to speak without being interrupted and yelled at. My son was put in danger and in the hands of an abuser and is still suffering the consequences physically and emotionally. The abuser admitted to paying off the judge but nothing was done about it and it was covered up

Consulted Attorney 2021Very unprofessional, incredibly biased, Wont listen or hear any points made from fathers. She ignores 6th amendment rights & will often make rulings that benefits mothers. If you ever get Cianfrani make sure you get a really good lawyer.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
