We offer two convenient locations to serve you better. Our Oxford law office is located at 121 West High Street, right across the street from the Butler County Area 1 County Court. We are also located at 722 Niles Road in Fairfield.

Experienced Ohio Attorneys

Firm founder Dan Haughey was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio. A former Butler County prosecutor and magistrate, Dan has been practicing law since 2002. Dan is also a professor in the business school at Miami University in Oxford.

Our lawyers represent people from all over the United States facing criminal law, family law and personal injury legal issues in Oxford, Fairfield, Hamilton and other communities in Butler County, Warren County and Hamilton County, Ohio. Many of our clients are students at Miami University in Oxford who face DUI/OVI, underage drinking or other criminal cases.

Reasonable Fee Arrangements

We offer reasonable fee arrangements and accept credit cards for underage intoxication, fake I.D., DUI/OVI and all other criminal defense cases. We also provide reasonable fees in all family law matters.

If you have been injured due to the negligence of someone else in a car crash or any other type of accident, we charge no upfront fees. Our attorney's fee, if we are successful, will be a percentage of your total recovery. If we are not successful in recovering compensation from the negligent party, you will not owe us one time.
