Cronan Law LLC is a law firm dedicated to providing practical legal advice for business owners and creative clients in Portland, Oregon in the areas of business law, trademarks, entertainment law and issues surrounding electronic discovery (e-discovery).
Lawyer Aaron Cronan strives to create workable solutions that meet the legal needs of his clients. As an entrepreneur himself, he understands the legal concerns of small- to medium-sized businesses. That's why he makes it a priority to familiarize himself with his clients' businesses and markets so as to maximize their interests when drafting service agreements, settling vendor disputes, working with investors, registering trademarks and handling employment issues.
Through years of helping clients start or expand businesses, Aaron has focused his practice on LLC and Corporate formations, contract drafting and negotiations, and trademark registration and protection. It is these areas that bring his business clients the most value, confidence and protection.
Aaron also has a passion for music and film making, which is why he has built his law firm around business and entertainment law. Originally from Los Angeles, his background in music, film and television equips him to help individual composers, musicians, writers and producers with drafting contracts that are fair and protect client’s rights. As a creator at heart, Aaron understands that a legal answer and a practical answer aren't necessarily one and the same. He helps clients weigh their options carefully so that they can make an informed decision that works for them.
You need a law firm that cares about your passions. Cronan Law LLC is committed to finding creative solutions for clients. In the 15 years of his legal experience in business trademark and entertainment law, Aaron Cronan has helped everyone from local businesses to mega corporations. For example, he represented clients Kaza and Von Dutch Clothing in a high-profile intellectual property litigation dispute, protected the interests of a famous comedian, negotiated licensing contracts with Universal Pictures, and defended a trademark dispute against a major computer manufacture. Combining personal interest and professional guidance, Aaron Cronan can help you make your passion your livelihood.
