Mr Carl Jensen has been incredibly helpful and professional. I had acquired his services and after a few consultations, I knew right away he would handle my case with experience, knowledge, and resources that he had built up over the many years he hads been in practice. He kept in touch with me anytime new information needed shared, and I didn't feel once like I was being ignored or avoided. He was fair priced. He was great at explaining how things work and how to proceed what to expect Would definitely recommend.

At first he seemed like a good lawyer but as time went by he wasn?t doing what I asked him to do. He didn?t file certain motions that would?ve guaranteed my freedom out of jail because my rights were in fact violated on many different angles. He even sent me mail with his other clients case information verifying that he did not pay attention to what he was doing an how little concern my freedom meant to him. I even did most of the work for him an gave him case laws an Montana codes proving that my rights were indeed being violated, Which lead to arguments between the two of us due to my concerns of him not properly representing me, which is what I paid him every dollar I had to do. His communication skills are horrible I?ve seen public defenders show more concern and readiness to fight for someone?s rights then carl Jensen. I paid him to work for me an represent me, which did not happen I felt robbed of my money an left for the wolves. I would not recommend him to anyone at anytime your better off representing your self or having a public defender. Ill be surprised if this review even stays up considering the fact that there isn?t any other reviews on him which then also leaves me to believe that all reviews have been negative resulting in none actually being posted online......
