Hired Attorney 2025I disagree with these positive reviews. I am the owner of a 33 SPACE RV PARK and wanted to evict tenants occupying my mobile home. We believed we could terminate their month/month lease based on “no cause” with a simple 60 day notice of Termination. I spoke to Stephanie Radecke an attorney at Erin Bradly Mc Aleer who looked at the facts (especially an email from my tenant who said she would be following "THE LETTER OF THE LAW" and proceeded to take my case ; Even though I did NOT have a proper foundation. Her after response was after I lost this case, that I told her “ to proceed any way”. Why would I proceed on a case without a proper foundation for FOUR THOUSAND dollars is beyond me??? The ETHICAL thing to do was NOT take my case and make it undeniably clear, I did not have justification in moving forward. When I question her on the high fee of a $4K retainer, she told me her fee was high because she would be vigilant and responsive as she does not use paralegals and I would have my case strongly represented in a shorter period of time; that apparently seems their “mantra of justification” of fees. Once this firm received my money, she was always in court on various other cases and barely accessible; communication was POOR at Best, with my managers needing to go to court delivering documents, the last minute due to her inattention. My case was contested by a public defender representing these tenants at the last moment based on NO CAUSE. Then Stephanie told me she can amend my case for another $2K, and base it on “non payment” by the tenants. I did not accept payment from them when I started the eviction and returned their first check, so I was 50/50 on this, however told her to proceed and get them served, that was on a Friday; On the following Monday when my managers called her to see if they were served that was not done; When I spoke to her, she said she was “spaced out” and she was going to withdraw from the case. I called the owner Erin Bradly who said he would look into the case and to get back to him the following week. I did in fact call him on that following Monday, he was out of the office and would “call me back” which he never did and then that Friday again, and was informed he was there, preparing for a case on Monday and would call me sometime in the future when he is available. I am writing this for YOUR benefit so you can accurately evaluate whether you want representation from this Law Firm. Let these facts speak for themselves. Ralph Waldo Emerson said “You’re Actions Speak so Loudly, I can’t Hear what You’re Saying. Amen to That.

Hired Attorney 2023This guy saved me from some serious prison time. Like my last review said, money can't buy you happiness, buy it can buy your freedom! If you have it, spend it on this attorney because he is worth every penny
