I worked very hard to get Brad the paperwork and referrals that he asked for weeks before my hearing and he forgot to give them to my judge . He was very unprepared at my hearing and made him and myself looked like a fool. He told me he would get me 4 month and I ended up sentenced to 18 month. After my sentencing he ran out of the court room to avoid my friends and family and wouldn?t return any phone calls.

28 yrs in law enforcement and testified in numerous felony and capital cases and these people are amateurs. Not once did they bring up my 6th amendment right to confront my accuser and allowed my case to proceed on 'hear say' evidence in absent of any witnesses nor even a 911 call. my lawyer sat there not objecting even once to any hear say evidence. This entire firm should be Disbarred for malfeasance of an officer of the court.
