We had a lien that was unfairly placed on our house. We were in severe distress until a friend of a friend recommended the office Bryan Snyder. Bryan did not delegate our case to a more junior partner or paralegal person, he personally took care of our case with great attention to detail. His experience was reflected in the competence and confidence in handling the litigation side of things. Despite that, his fees were reasonable and definitely within the average charged by other legal offices within the the realm of business disputes. We eventually won the case and not only the lien was removed, but also, we were awarded a good some of money due to our cross complaint against the contractor. We whole heartedly recommend Bryan to anyone in a similar situation especially if it involves real estate.

Look no further! Bryan is an awesome attorney. He was the calming force in the midst of our turmoil, and was able to reach a larger settlement than expected. Give him a call today and you will not be disappointed!

Bryan is an excellent attorney! He is professional and knowledgeable regarding the law. Bryan helped us in a difficult case with a contractor that did a poor job re-roofing our home. Bryan kept us undated throughout the entire process, which ended up going to trial. Bryan did everything he could to avoid trial, however, the roofing contractor did not want to settle out of court. While we were in trial, Bryan was outstanding! He knew what to do and which questions to ask, and we won the case! He also utilized other resources to help us win the case, which demonstrated his commitment to our case! We wish we could give him more than 5 stars, his performance was that great during the entire case! If you are looking for a highly skilled, competent, and dedicated attorney, I highly recommend Bryan R. Snyder!

Bryan Snyder is everything one would want their lawyer to be, especially when dealing with an emotional and traumatic experience. Bryan represented us for a car accident with integrity and compassion. He took time to explain every step of the process and what exactly to expect and he was spot-on every time which made it so much easier to endure. During meetings with investigators and adjustors, Bryan was very caring about the emotional impact it would have on us and managed all such meetings efficiently and with great care. In the end, we reached a settlement greater than we expected due largely to Bryan?s professionalism. We definitely recommend Bryan Snyder and hope your legal issues go as smooth as ours did.

I would absolutely recommend Bryan Snyder to anyone seeking an attorney to represent them in construction defect, or similar, cases. Bryan was incredibly thorough, diligent, and above all - kind and a great communicator. Aside from the fact that he negotiated a successful settlement, as well as received a judgement in the full amount of damages for us, he was just great to work with. We assumed we would get nothing, that it was a lost cause, but he persisted and we ended up with far more than we could have expected. We were grateful for his hard work, persistence, and his knowledge on all items - it made the process seem much easier, much faster, and surprisingly painless given the circumstances we were in. We are all very happy we elected to retain him over anyone else.

I have used Law Office of Bryan R. Snyder for a stucco/building paper issue at a complex in San Diego. After not getting any serious response from my HOA to an issue that the HOA is obviously responsible for, I contacted the Law Office of Bryan R. Snyder to help me with my case. After hearing my issue, he took my case to the HOA and a settlement was reached. While the case took longer than what I anticipated, I do not blame Mr. Snyder for that. It was merely the speed that the HOA and their attorney worked at. Mr. Snyder has been very professional through this journey and he has responded without any delay to all of my questions. I can highly recommend the Law Office of Bryan R. Snyder if you have a similar case where you think that the HOA is responsible for an issue that you are struggling with.

This is my second time using Bryan?s services, which is the number of times I?ve needed an attorney; his record with me is two for two. Each time had to do with Bryan writing a letter of representation and sending it to the company with direct reminders to act ethically and contractually, or else there would likely be repercussions. Cool, calm, no nonsense. I especially appreciated the moral support Bryan provided, as most of us aren?t in our comfort zone when confronting a contractor on legal issues. I hope I never have to use Bryan?s services again, but I am very, very glad that I can count on Bryan Snyder if I do.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
