Verified ClientHired Law firm 2019-2021We had a lien that was unfairly placed on our house. We were in severe distress until a friend of a friend recommended the office Bryan Snyder. Bryan did not delegate our case to a more junior partner or paralegal person, he personally took care of our case with great attention to detail. His experience was reflected in the competence and confidence in handling the litigation side of things. Despite that, his fees were reasonable and definitely within the average charged by other legal offices within the the realm of business disputes. We eventually won the case and not only the lien was removed, but also, we were awarded a good some of money due to our cross complaint against the contractor. We whole heartedly recommend Bryan to anyone in a similar situation especially if it involves real estate.

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2018-2020Bryan is an excellent attorney! He is professional and knowledgeable regarding the law. Bryan helped us in a difficult case with a contractor that did a poor job re-roofing our home. Bryan kept us undated throughout the entire process, which ended up going to trial. Bryan did everything he could to avoid trial, however, the roofing contractor did not want to settle out of court. While we were in trial, Bryan was outstanding! He knew what to do and which questions to ask, and we won the case! He also utilized other resources to help us win the case, which demonstrated his commitment to our case! We wish we could give him more than 5 stars, his performance was that great during the entire case! If you are looking for a highly skilled, competent, and dedicated attorney, I highly recommend Bryan R. Snyder!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
