We started with Feldman & Feldman a few years ago to develop our estate plans. We have subsequently used their services to assist a family member with nursing home and medicaid planning, we would not have known what to do without their good counsel and advice. We do not hesitate to recommend them to friends in need of estate and elder planning services and have gotten excellent feedback. .

From the moment Mr. Feldman began his review of our outdated trusts, we knew that we had found an attorney who possesses the breadth of legal knowledge to provide us realistic goals and legal advice. The final version of our trusts exceeded every expectation, principally because Mr. Feldman took the time to completely understand our trust goals. The result are high quality trusts which clearly articulates our goals; especially the most complicated wishes. Not surprising, Mr. Feldman?s services didn?t stop once the trusts were written. He was there every step of the way when it came to making sure that our assets were correctly and completely placed with our financial institutions.
