I never write reviews: but how I was treated by Abby Broyles I was hoping to save someone else some time and money. There are better attorneys out there that actual care about paying clients. I spoke with Abby on 3/29 about custody of my son. I was referred to her through a bundling service that allows you to make payments with attorneys. I spoke with her and filled out all my intake forms. She seemed really nice and answered all my questions. I made a payment the same day of our 1st conversation. I could not open all the documents she sent me so I emailed her and never heard back, called her cell phone and never heard back, emailed her again and never heard back, called her cell phone again never heard back. I thought maybe this bundling service that I signed up for may have scammed me, not Ms Broyles herself. I finally got in touch with her receptionist after a month and told her I wasn?t sure if I really spoke with Ms Broyles or if I was scammed by the bundling service I signed up through. I get a call 10 mintues later from Abby, yelling at me telling me she doesn?t like me calling her receptionist telling her I?m being scammed. She was so rude, argumentative, combative and didn?t want to hear anything I had to say. She said she received all my emails but didn?t want to do anything until the retainer was paid. She refunded me my money and told me she didn?t want to work with me any longer, even though that was our second conversation. It?s fine if she didn?t want to work with me- I just have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone in that profession. Save you money for someone who genuinely cares.
