Best Probate Attorney in town. I went for my mother's estate. Mr. Reinfeld handheld me through the entire process. He is amazing and highly recommend him and his staff. I can't say enough about them. If you need a probate attorney or any attorney i would go to them!

    Hired Law firm 2024-2026
WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS LAW FIRM FOR PROBATE MATTERS: This has been one of the MOST DISAPPOINTING and unprofessional experiences we have ever dealt with. We hired this firm in 2024 for a probate matter, and here we are in 2026 with little to nothing meaningfully accomplished. What should have been handled with professionalism, urgency, and organization turned into years of frustration, confusion, delays, and incompetence. From the beginning, critical parties were allegedly left out of the lawsuit, important details were constantly overlooked, and the case was handled so poorly it became difficult to even keep track of what was happening. Court documents contained severe spelling and clerical errors that should NEVER appear in legal filings. Everything felt rushed, careless, disorganized, and sloppy from start to finish. Communication was an absolute disaster. Every time we called to address concerns or request updates, appointments were constantly rescheduled. Whenever we spoke with anyone in the office — especially Alan — it often felt like they had no real understanding of the case at all, like a deer caught in headlights whenever specific questions were asked. Instead of receiving direct answers or strategy, we constantly got vague responses, uncertainty, and repeated “I’ll see” statements that gave us zero confidence in their ability to handle such a serious legal matter. During intake, they were extremely convincing and put on a very polished performance, but once the retainer was paid, the professionalism completely disappeared. Staff members regularly seemed clueless about the status of the case, and at times it genuinely felt like we knew more about our own matter than the people we hired to represent us. The courtroom representation made things even worse. On multiple court appearances, another attorney was sent in who was clearly not versed in the matter and appeared completely unfamiliar with the details of the case. It was embarrassing to witness. At the most recent pre-trial hearing, the firm was so unprepared that even the judge had to reschedule the matter. That alone should tell potential clients everything they need to know about the lack of preparation, organization, and seriousness within this office. At this point, it honestly feels like this firm is more focused on appearances, holiday decorations, and collecting retainers than actually representing clients properly. If they were overwhelmed with cases or incapable of handling probate litigation competently, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of taking people’s money and wasting years of their time. If you are considering hiring this office, RUN. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, financial loss, and frustration. There are far more competent, organized, and professional attorneys out there who actually communicate with their clients, prepare for court, and take their responsibilities seriously.

This is a great and hardworking team. Mr Reinfeld provided me with the best services. I felt so comfortable with him. Thank you for helping me with the passing of my mother.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
