My situation matched every possible description they give on their website for a lawsuit relating to car dealership fraud, aka being sold a car that has a failing transmission and a host of other major safety problems that were promised did not exist by a large, well-known car dealership, as well as being told every problem was fixed and that there were no major issues & that nothing like this would occur after their provided three month warranty period ended. All captured under their audio/visual cameras as well as the carfax report. This car was fully inspected prior to purchase, by them. I didn?t even drive 3,000 miles within 3 months, so I didn?t cause anything to happen. I told their consultation person all this, and they said ?our attorney can?t take this case because it happened after the three month warranty? like what? He wasn?t understanding a thing I was saying, kept repeating weird stuff, and was just blatantly unhelpful and frustrating. Just go to a different firm because if you have any less of a perfect case than I do, you won?t get anywhere either.

I originally approached Ms. Gill Roseman via email with a legal issue that was quite obscure and complex. She immediately replied in a professional manner with clear and concise explanation of where I stood with regards to legal options. Upon hiring Ms. Gill Roseman, she diligently worked on my issue and maintained excellent communication with me during the entire process. The results that I received at the resolution of my issue were extremely satisfactory. I feel extremely confident that because of Ms. Gill Roseman's legal knowledge, subject matter experience, and impressive work ethic, she was absolutely the best choice to handle my issue. I enthusiastically recommend Christina Gill Roseman and her offices.

Christina Roseman did a fine job on a difficult case. The average Joe like me thinks that being right means you will win. That, regrettably, is not the case. However, if you hire the right folks, your odds increase. In the end, we settled with the manufacturer and were happy with the outcome. I would recommend Christina to others looking for assistance with auto manufacturers who shirk their warranty obligations.

I would highly recommend Christina and her firm to anyone experiencing issues with Lemon Law. She helped me navigate an otherwise frustrating and confusing process, and with her assistance we were able to achieve a favorable result. Christina was very thorough, well versed in the law, detail oriented and responsive.

I was exhausted, desperate and angry...but with very little understanding of my rights under the Lemon Law framework. The Roseman Law Firm provided expert up-front guidance so I could easily understand my obligations, the drawbacks and benefits. They were at all times accessible and 100% focused on finding the best outcome. No pressure, no hassle, and in the end I walked away with cash in pocket. Absolutely recommended!

please lets put this car dealership out of business. i got a settlement check and paid $12.000 for the car and over $5.000 in repairs and it still unsafe to drive. I just found out from the repair man this is a fraud odometer reading i am a teen my first car and a night mare I want to add this to my complaint . im trying to get my money back from these people they finally traded the gmc but gave me this car and i had to spend a lot of money on repairs to get other issues fixed and while the repair main was repairing a issue he said the odometer had been pampered with and he told me to see if I can contact a lawyer because this is odometer we are poor people and people buy cars from them with they income tax , settlement or save money and they sell them cars with tampered odometer problem. I under the buy as is law but if i saw the real odometer I would have never bought no cars from here and this car is undrivable. So they trade my Gmc truck for a vechile that is worst

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
