Elliot is such an efficient attorney. I went to at least 5 different attornies who told me my case was in limbo. I had a domestic battery 243(e) in 2016 and due to that, I lost my working permit (initial lawyer was incompetent and misadvised me). After 5 years of exhausting all my options, Elliot was able to reduce my charge immensely within less than a year. From the get go, he was optimistic, made a plan, and executed. Elliot was able to withdrawal my plea and reduce the charge to a 415 disturbing the peace. The court AND the DA gave him so much a hard time and he never gave up! Best Lawyer hands down! I had a felony and misdemeanor that were 7 years old and I didn?t even know about it until 6 1/2 years later because I moved out of state. The only reason I found out I had a warrant is because a police officer told me when i got pulled over for speeding that I had an outstanding warrant in Los Angeles. This man saved my life. My crimes were due to a bad heroin addiction and I was looking at a considerable prison sentence. I had prior convictions for the same felonies and a violent strike prior as well and he was able to finesse me into a rehab/ joint suspension/ probation deal and thanks solely to Elliot I've completed successfully and am now drug free and actually have a great paying fulfilling job working in drug treatment helping other addicts. Elliot Zarabi hands down is the best in town. I was fighting an Assault with deadly weapon possible GBI case where i was hit first but yet they wanted to charge me with a felony/strike for defending myself.
