Crook, snake, rude, racist and many more words that fit this person, none of them are good. Why this corrupt lawyer still has a license, I don't know. Randell needs to slither back under the rock he came out of!

Wow! Just spoke with him per phone and I?ve never seen such utter dis-respect. First I was told he wouldn?t wanna take on this because his cost was $2500 and he didn?t wanna charge me that??? Second he pretty much said my Indian children were paid for STUPID reasons??? Who is he to judge their blessings?

If you want a lawyer that will lie for you, twist everything in your favor and be a downright low life? This is the two bit shyster for you! He will break the code of ethics he swore to uphold for the almighty dollar.

Mr. Hicks did an excellent job on my case. I recommend him to anyone who needs someone who specializes in Military Law or needs a divorce attorney. He is professional, knowledgeable and responsive and knows DFAS. I should have hired him the first time I needed an attorney, but I was very pleased that he was able to correct my financial circumstances I had years after my divorce was finalized. He is a 5/5 Star attorney!!

Randall Hicks is by far the most honest and reliable lawyer I have dealt with! He helped me with legal matters in relation to criminal defense and exceeded my expectations! If you need someone on your side I recommend Mr. HICKS. The staff was so friendly, personal, and professional too. I really could not have ask for a better lawyer! This firm is Professionalism at its finest!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
