To give Mr. Beauregard Fiegel a five star rating would truly still be an understatement. I had the blessing of being referred to Mr. Fiegel from an old friend of mine who told me he was great at what he does and will fight till the end. I met with Mr. Fiegel and he heard me out explaining the whole situation. He gave me his legal advice and told me he would take my case. Mr. Fiegel was extremely thorough during the whole process; he kept me updated with any changes that arose and was just so knowledgeable. During court Mr. Fiegel was fierce! He did not let up at all and did so amazing talking on my behalf. He truly made us feel at ease and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Mr. Feigl is phenomenal, he has seamlessly navigated me through my nasty custody battle. When all hope was lost, he restored my faith. As client's we look for an attorney who displays attentiveness, assertiveness in court, someone who really cares, an attorney that will represents us as family, ultimately we want the win. Mr. Fiegel is all of these things. He brought peace every step of the way to a case presenting potential hard loss on my part, yet I haven't lost once, he killed it in court time and time again, every single time we went before a judge, I won! My battle is far from over but I am fully confident I will never lose before a judge with Mr. Fiegel representing me. You want him on your side, or you'll be regretting it!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
